DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Aromatic: Simply inhale or add a few drops to a diffuser or humidifier.
Topical: Can be applied without dilution. For sensitive skin, dilute one or two drops in a teaspoon of vegetable oil or glycerine and apply to the desired area. Add a few drops of this essential oil to your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, or moisturizer.
Internal: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid. Take a veggie capsule, some EVOO, or just mix in a little bit of raw honey.
Massages: Dilute two or three drops in 4 fl. oz. of a carrier vegetable oil or our preference (warming and very easy to clean up) Aloha’s pure vegetable USP Glycerine.

USES

  • Add 2 to 3 drops in your bathtub, vaporizer, burner, aroma lamp, or preferred diffuser to reduce depression and support feelings of self-esteem, confidence, hope, and mental strength.
  • For jetlag, add a couple of drops to the palm of your hand, cup around your nose, and inhale deeply. When arriving at your hotel, dab a few drops on your pillow before bed at night.
  • Treat chest congestion, cough, cold, bronchitis, sinusitis, and other breathing problems by adding 2 to 3 drops of Lavandin essential oil in steam inhalation or blending two drops with 1 ml of coconut oil and massaging it on the chest, throat, and back.
  • Include in your skincare regime to reduce scars and blemishes. It also fades surgical & stretch marks.
  • Add a few drops to your air conditioning filter for a fresher atmosphere in your living space.
  • Keep away mosquitoes, bugs, bed bugs, flies, etc., by spraying Lavandin oil around your home to act as an insect repellent.
  • Keep clothes smelling delightfully clean by adding a few drops to your liquid laundry detergent or fabric softener for washing odorous garments such as towels, socks, or gym clothes.
