DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Aromatic: Simply inhale or add a few drops to a diffuser or humidifier.
Topical: Dilute one or two drops in a teaspoon of vegetable oil to avoid sensitivity and apply to the desired area. Add a few drops of this essential oil to your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser or moisturizer.
Internal: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid. Take a veggie capsule, some EVOO, or just mix in a little bit of raw honey.
Massages: Dilute three to five drops in 4 fl. oz. of a carrier vegetable oil, or our preference, (warming and very easy to clean up) Aloha’s pure vegetable USP Glycerin.

Bergamot Essential Oil comes from the most delicate fruit. Derived from the Turkish word bey armudu, meaning “prince’s pear,” it grows exclusively in the coastal region of southern Italy, Calabria. This region is heated by the warm sirocco winds, which makes unique conditions for this fruit to grow.
